This is Katie from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Katie joined me after the conference and before I head back to Australia tonight, to discuss her events for Global Money Week (celebrated in the US this month as financial literacy month). They set up some tables in the cafeteria before she came to the conference. She felt this made her far more approachable compared to expecting people to come to the financial aid office. I really loved her event for the start of the month though. She organised an Easter egg hunt with financial literacy tips in the eggs. 3 lucky eggs held a gift card. The event was well received by students.
